FEEDING RECOMMENDATIONS:

Type of horse ml per day IU per day Maintenance 2 1000 Stalled horses or horses maintained on poor pasture 2-4 1000-2000 Intense training 6 3000 Pregnant and lactating mares 6 3000 Foals 6 3000 Elevate should be administered orally or top-dressed onto dry feeds at time of feeding. The product should not be mixed into complete feeds and stored for prolonged periods of time. For best results, Elevate should be fed soon after removal from bottle.

INDICATIONS:

Research has shown that natural vitamin E has greater biological activity than synthetic vitamin E. The natural vitamin E found in Elevate is in the form of minute, water-soluble particles that are delivered to the bloodstream and target organs more efficiently than the vitamin E in oil-based or water-miscible supplements. Elevate is ideal for horses maintained on diets composed largely of processed grains and stored forages. Such feedstuffs usually have low vitamin E content thus horses require vitamin E supplementation. Vitamin E status can be determined by measuring serum tocopherol levels. Serum tocopherol levels below 1-2 µg per ml are considered deficient in most animals.
